My Signature Deep Tissue massages are an infusion of balancing the energy word by manipulation the energy through the meridians (energy rivers) through massage, and returning the physical body to a soft equilibrium through removing the build up of physical and emotional tension in the muscle tissue.
We will have a good chat about where abouts in your body you are energetically and physically out of alignment, and where you may be holding physical or emotional tension. I use Reiki (a Japanese practice for balancing the energy body) and deep tissue massage to bring you back into deep alignment and to centre you.

Your treatment will include a blend of Energy Healing and intuitive deep tissue Massage.
I work specifically with the Chakra system, clearing away old emotion and stagnant energy while bathing you in high vibrations called forward from the earth. The massage will focus on the physical bands of tension that run through our body. These often house our emotional stress. The massage will also help to encourage energetic harmony, promoting the flow of CHI (life-force energy) through your meridians.
Head, Neck & Shoulders

A deep focus on working into the intricate and often tense muscles and bands of tension that run along each side of the neck, behind the neck, across the tops of the shoulders and into the upper back. We have a long band of tension that runs from under each earlobe, down the neck and along the arm into the fingers. When we are physically or emotionally stressed this band of tension often becomes very tense and tight. This tension can radiate up into the scalp and the muscles that run over the head. Many people may experience symptoms such as headaches or migraines when tension is held here.

I work to relieve the tension from the neck, shoulders, back and head to bring you back into energetic and physical alignment. This is a Deep Tissue Massage but also has a wonderful feel of relaxation starting and ending with a soothing head massage.
