To do this effectively, a deep understanding of human anatomy and precise alignment in each posture is essential. My mission is to pass this knowledge on to students through classes in order to help educate them about their own practice.”

Take a look at the movement timetable - a combination of Yoga, Pilates and Meditation all taught by Stephanie across Cornwall. You’ll find a variety of classes from Soft Yoga to Classical and strong. There’s a class for every body, whether you’re just starting your movement journey or are well seasoned in the practice.

My Yoga teaching style is Ashtanga Inspired, Classical and Alignment based. While the class descriptions vary, my style of teaching remains classical, philosophical and with alignment and breath at the heart of the postures.
